When Sundram Fasteners, a global leader in high-precision components for sectors like automotive, infrastructure, wind energy, and aviation, turned 50, the company wanted more than just a milestone celebration. For decades, they had quietly powered some of the world’s biggest innovations from space shuttles to windmills, vehicles to aircraft. Their components were critical, yet largely invisible to the public eye.
For the first time, Sundram’s leadership wanted to turn the spotlight outward: to celebrate their legacy, showcase their global impact, and make their employees the face of the story. They approached us with this vision.
The Insight
Sundram Fasteners had always been the unseen force. Each bolt, nut, and fastener they produced helped hold together industries and ideas that move the world forward. But while B2B partners and global clients knew their value, the everyday audience remained unaware of just how influential these components were and which industries they were used.
The 50th anniversary provided the perfect occasion to reveal this hidden force, not through corporate messaging alone, but by celebrating the people behind it.
The Idea
We designed a campaign that placed employees at the heart of the story. Through striking visuals, we portrayed them interacting with scale models of machines, structures, and vehicles powered by Sundram products. This juxtaposition highlighted the direct connection between their craftsmanship and the industries transforming the future.
The communication carried a strong narrative. Sundram’s work was not just about precision components, but about enabling progress on a grand scale. To bring consistency across all touchpoints, we extended the campaign into a commemorative brochure that blended design with storytelling, anchored by the powerful line: “TVS and proud.”
The Impact
The campaign successfully shifted perception. It positioned Sundram Fasteners not just as a manufacturer, but as a quiet force behind global innovation.
